Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Baker to produce high-quality breads, pastries, and cakes while upholding strict sanitation and food-safety standards. The role requires precise adherence to recipes, consistent product quality, safe operation of mixers and ovens, inventory management, and timely production to meet demand.
- Preferred: 1+ year of bakery experience
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety systems (ServSafe/HACCP preferred)
- Strong time-management skills; ability to lift 50 lbs
- Availability for early morning shifts and weekends
