Job Description
Maison Fahrenheit, a boutique lifestyle hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos, seeks a full-time Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for the restaurant, events, and room service. The Baker will prepare and present baked goods, develop and refine recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, monitor inventory, and adhere to food-safety standards while meeting production deadlines.
- Requirements: proven baking experience, strong dough and pastry skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays; culinary training preferred.
