Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks a skilled Baker to join our Victoria Island, Lagos team. Salary: ₦70,00–₦80,00 per month; accommodation provided. Immediate start. Position is full-time, permanent.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and production schedules
- Ensuring consistency, quality, cleanliness, and food-safety compliance
- Monitoring stock and working early shifts to meet daily targets
Requirements: minimum 1 year of bakery experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery; strong baking techniques, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
