Job Description
We seek an Associate Principal to lead relationship managers and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth through tailored wealth solutions and strategic cross-selling of banking and investment products. Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards while collaborating with product, risk, and operations teams to implement business strategies. Mentor and develop staff, set performance objectives, and achieve revenue targets.
- Requirements: 8+ years in private or priority banking, proven leadership, and strong financial and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
