Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Supermarket Manager to support daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding merchandising and safety standards.
- Oversee shifts, train and coach team members, and address customer concerns professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, scheduling assistance, and payroll support.
- Enforce loss-prevention procedures and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic math and POS knowledge, effective problem-solving, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma required; retail management coursework or degree preferred.
