Job Description
Jozon Nigeria Limited, located in Ojo on the Festac Axis, Lagos, is seeking a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support production, logistics, and administrative functions. This full-time, permanent, on-site role requires supervising staff, monitoring production schedules, implementing process improvements, coordinating with procurement and quality teams, and preparing performance reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in operations or production management.
- Skills: strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication; manufacturing or supply chain knowledge is a plus.
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦300,00/month plus performance incentives.
