Job Description

The Changeroom, founded in 2012, is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager — Reinsurance based in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in reinsurance operations, thorough knowledge of treaty and facultative processes, and proven ability to analyze reinsurance data and prepare accurate reports. Strong relationship management with brokers and reinsurers is essential. Professional certification (CIIN or equivalent) is an advantage. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to support clients with specialized HR and business management solutions and to contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.
