Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, HSSE to support implementation of health, safety, security, and environmental programs across operations. This role coordinates risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance to promote a safe workplace.
Key responsibilities include developing HSSE procedures, conducting training, monitoring performance metrics, and liaising with teams to ensure corrective actions. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to build safety culture.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or related field, 5+ years HSSE experience, strong communication skills, and certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent are preferred.
