Job Description
Flinx Realty, a prominent real estate company based in Lekki, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Facility Manager. In this key role, you will assist the Facility Manager with the daily operations, safety, and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties across Lagos.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors, aiding in maintenance planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in facility or property management, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess a foundational knowledge of building systems.
