Job Description

Freightliner Logistics Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Assistant Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries.
• Providing solutions for customer problems.
• Selling services and processing RFQs.
• Managing complaints effectively.
• Entering customer information in our database.
• Coordinating with overseas colleagues.
