Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support daily finance operations within a small, collaborative team.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare journal entries and perform bank reconciliations
- Support month-end close and produce basic financial reports
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to deadlines
Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience; proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar); strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
