Job Description
The Area Sales Manager will report to the Branch Head and lead sales operations across Mbiama, Bonny and Bori (Rivers State). This role directs City Heads and field teams, implements route-to-market strategies, and delivers on revenue and distribution targets through disciplined territory planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Requirements: OND and a minimum of three years proven ASM experience in FMCG.
- Key skills: strong leadership, sales strategy, people management, and demonstrated track record of measurable sales growth.
- Employment: full-time, in-person.
- Benefits: HMO, conveyance allowance, pension, sales commission, and 13th-month salary.
