Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area PayGo Phone Supervisor based in Bauchi to lead field sales and after-sale support for pay-as-you-go mobile services. You will manage and coach a small team of agents, set and monitor performance targets, troubleshoot technical and customer issues, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile sales or PayGo operations
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and basic technical aptitude
- Willingness to travel across the Bauchi area
