Job Description
Patrisan J Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets in the Festac Area. The role involves supervising daily operations, driving sales performance, enforcing brand and service standards, coaching and developing staff, coordinating staffing and inventory, and producing weekly and monthly performance reports. The Area Manager will also lead initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Requirements: 3–5 years’ area/regional management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality; HND or B.Sc. in Business/Management; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; willingness to travel.
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦200,00 per month.
