Job Description
Lead the firm’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and preparing compelling proposals. Coordinate closely with design teams to develop winning project strategies, represent the firm at client meetings and industry events, and manage the pursuit pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in architecture or A/E firms
- Proven sales track record, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; willingness to travel
- Portfolio demonstrating successful project pursuits preferred
