Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hills Limited is on the lookout for a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to become a vital part of our team in Mushin, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and visually appealing structures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs and comprehensive drawings.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for detailed blueprints.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
- Research and select appropriate materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect.
- A strong portfolio is essential.
