Job Description
Talent Sync Services is dedicated to delivering customized HR solutions that empower businesses to succeed. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to spearhead the design and visualization of residential and commercial projects in Ajah, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
- Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to zoning laws and building codes.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to supervise design implementation.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./B.Arch in Architecture or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah area.
