Job Description
We seek a professional Apartment Manager to oversee bookings, greet guests, respond to inquiries and complaints, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, enforce property policies, monitor occupancy, upsell services, and report performance metrics.
- Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Apo Resettlement, Abuja)
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business, or related field; 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service; strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency with online booking platforms; Abuja resident preferred
- Compensation: ₦120,00/month plus 5% commission on new monthly bookings
