Job Description

Olsale Farms, located in Owode and Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State, is seeking an experienced Agronomist. The successful candidate will oversee crop production, soil management, and implement sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement crop management plans
• Conduct soil tests and analyze results
• Supervise farm staff and provide training
• Monitor crop health and pest management
• Collaborate with the farm manager to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of crop management
