Job Description
The Advancement Place is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our restaurant team in Leme, Abeokuta. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, facilitate staff coordination, and ensure precise record-keeping. We seek candidates with a minimum of an OND qualification and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating office operations, managing communications, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Asana and Trello will be advantageous.
