Job Description
Treasure Heights Montessori School is actively seeking a committed and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to be an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and dispatching mail, maintaining comprehensive filing systems, providing administrative support, and managing office supply inventories. Proficiency in computer operations and the ability to write clear memoranda, reports, and letters are essential skills.
Additional responsibilities include conducting banking transactions, answering phone calls around the clock, managing calendars, welcoming visitors, providing information, and addressing office-related issues.

Salary Range: ₦60,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
