Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in answering employee inquiries, processing incoming mail, and creating essential HR-related documents.
Your responsibilities will include compiling and updating both hard and soft copies of employee records, coordinating administrative procedures, and developing effective operational systems. Additionally, you will oversee the organization’s activities and policies to ensure safe and efficient operations while preparing and reviewing operational reports and budgets.
Qualifications required: OND, HND, or BSc. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of ₦60,00.00.
