Job Description

JobMerge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role requires a detail-oriented individual proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with job postings and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking applications
  • Handling calendar management and coordinating meetings
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Performing data entry and generating reports

Requirements: Minimum OND in a business-related field, previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Salary: N35,00 – N65,00 Monthly. Fully Remote with flexibility for work-life balance.
