Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is essential for providing regular support to our country team and consultants at Ipas. This role includes overseeing office operations, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance.
- Administer office facility management, including cleaning and repairs.
- Oversee office consumables and vehicle utilization.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Monthly compensation ranges from NGN500,00 to NGN650,00 (tax inclusive).
