Job Description
Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this position.
Key responsibilities include designing promotional materials using Canva, creating digital content for staff welfare, and supporting social media updates. A minimum qualification of OND/Diploma in any field is required, alongside basic design skills and a positive attitude.
