Job Description
Altara Credit Limited is seeking to hire an Administrative and Finance Officer. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Analyst and be responsible for various administrative functions, including bookkeeping, cash management, data entry, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Disburse funds for office supplies.
- Assist with filing internal reports.
- Maintain petty cash logs and process refunds.
- Conduct data entry for budgetary needs.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
- Manage budgetary and inventory controls.
- Handle travel arrangements for directors and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
