Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to supervise daily operations, manage client relations, and streamline administrative procedures to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, scheduling, and medical record management.
- Maintain accurate databases, billing logs, and documentation; ensure follow-up care coordination.
- Oversee procurement, facilities, support units (kitchen, security, cleaning), and cost controls.
- Coordinate staffing needs, internal communications, and compliance with policies.
- Support business development by preparing proposals and meeting deadlines.
Requirements: 2–5 years’ relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and a BSc/BA or equivalent. Job type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00/month.
