Job Description
Toptee Medical Center seeks a full-time Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, document preparation, and record management. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Excel, solid administrative experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
- Manage filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinic records and correspondence
- Support clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to process improvements and adhere to confidentiality standards
Compensation: ₦50,00–₦100,00 per month. Immediate start preferred.
