Job Description
Kanselor Vacancy, a respected company based in Ajao Estate, Lagos, is actively seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate staff schedules and activities
- Manage correspondence and phone inquiries
- Assist HR with attendance management and onboarding
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
Qualifications:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
