Job Description
Brandleep Ltd. is actively seeking a committed Admin & HR Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and fostering positive employee relations while implementing and upholding HR policies.
Your key responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and various administrative tasks. We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and demonstrate strong HR management skills with experience in employee relations.
