Job Description

Stardust Technologies is on the lookout for an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize files, records, and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with basic digital marketing tasks including social media management and content creation.
  • Create visually appealing materials using Canva.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

Monthly salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 with additional commissions.
