Job Description
Stardust Technologies is on the lookout for an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize files, records, and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with basic digital marketing tasks including social media management and content creation.
- Create visually appealing materials using Canva.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation:
Monthly salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 with additional commissions.
