Job Description

Okoma Company Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will support our operations by ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit quotations and invoices.
  • Manage correspondence and inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in report and presentation preparation.

Qualifications: OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree, 1 year experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Up to ₦40,00.00/month
