Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Travel Claims Officer based in Ibadan on a full-time, three-year renewable contract. The role involves:
- Processing cash and travel advances and reimbursements
- Preparing AP prepayment invoices and releasing invoice encumbrances
- Assisting with local and international per diem calculations
- Supporting i-Expense and Oracle claim reviews
- Handling travel and claim inquiries
Qualifications: National Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field; minimum 4 years relevant experience; ICAN Foundation is a plus; strong Oracle AP and i-Expense skills; proficient in MS Office; excellent numeracy, communication, teamwork, and integrity.
