Job Description

Heavy Machinery Dealership (HMD) Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Trainee to support our finance team. In this position, you will assist with data entry, account reconciliations, payment processing, and the preparation of basic financial reports. You will have the opportunity to learn accounting software and collaborate on monthly closing activities while ensuring that financial records are meticulously organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data entry and record transactions in accounting software.
• Assist with account reconciliations and the financial closing process.
• Prepare basic reports and tracking spreadsheets using Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 0-1 years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and G-suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work independently.
