Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to become a vital part of our finance team in Abuja. This position will support the Finance Manager in daily operations, including bookkeeping, transaction recording, and communication with tax authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Organize financial documents and support the audit process.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
