Job Description
Value Plus Consulting is on the lookout for a meticulous Accountant to oversee our daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient risk management. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing PAYE documentation, and coordinating with both internal and external auditors to meet annual audit objectives. Timely remittance of PAYE and pension contributions is also essential.
Additional tasks involve preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, managing receivables and payables, overseeing disbursements, and collaborating with HR to prepare monthly payroll. Candidates should be prepared to take on other accounting duties as assigned by management.
