Job Description
MAX Drive is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, tracking expenditures, and handling Accounts Payable queries.
Key responsibilities include matching purchase orders with invoices, preparing payment batches, and conducting monthly supplier reconciliations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment and hold an ACA or ACCA certification. Proficiency in Sage 300 or similar finance systems and strong MS Excel skills are essential.
