Job Description
Scruples Resources is seeking a motivated and skilled Accountant II to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering essential business insights and analyses to ensure that expense, headcount, and volumetric targets are achieved. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial performance reports, monitoring general ledger entries, and collaborating with department leaders on budgeting and forecasting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of GAAP principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems. Proven experience with complex accounting entries and account reconciliations is essential.
