Job Description
Maventeq Systems is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
2. Processing and recording financial transactions.
3. Maintaining accurate records regarding payments and account statuses.
4. Collaborating with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, and credit history, and to develop new repayment terms.
5. Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients.
6. Generating internal reports and statements, as well as researching and resolving account discrepancies.
