Job Description
Career and Consult is in search of a dynamic B2B Account Manager to nurture and enhance relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B sales or client relationship management and thrive in a results-driven atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee account performance and monitor KPIs.
- Participate in networking events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
