Job Description
Optimum Exposures Limited, a premier innovative communications company in Africa, is actively seeking a dedicated Account Executive to enhance our dynamic team in Lagos. With four decades of expertise in connecting brands to their audiences, we are leaders in the out-of-home communications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring they accurately match purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute timely payments via bank transfers or checks.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor records and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
- Assist managers with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
