Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end close.
- Associate degree or diploma in accounting
- 1+ year bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
