Job Description
Royal Resource Management (RRM) is seeking an Account Officer Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing accounts, and promoting financial inclusion in your area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new businesses.
- Educate customers on Moniepoint products.
- Assist existing customers and address their complaints.
- Drive transaction growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
