Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our financial operations. Key responsibilities will involve managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, you will provide vital financial insights to assist management in decision-making and support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Applicants should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in the property or real estate sectors. A strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage is required. ICAN or ACCA certification will be considered an advantage.
