Job Description
ZMM International Travel Agency Limited is seeking a dedicated Ticketing and Booking Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a salary in the range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, negotiable based on experience. The ideal candidate will manage ticketing software, facilitate booking and sales of tickets, and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Summary
The Ticketing and Booking Officer will oversee ticketing operations, ensuring accurate records of transactions and proper handling of customer requests, including refunds and exchanges.
