Job Description
Jades Hotel is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Secretary to join our team in Abuja. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, oversee office operations, prepare business documents, and serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
Qualifications include a minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong communication skills are essential.
Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate without additional support. Salary is negotiable within the range of NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
