Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage phone calls, emails, and visitor greetings, maintain filing systems, assist with data entry, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare documents, and manage office supplies.
Requirements: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, with 1-2 years of experience preferred, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
