Job Description
Human-Aware Real-Time Solutions Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer experience and foster loyalty. This role demands proactive individuals with industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers, providing product demonstrations and support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Maintain customer accounts and address complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication skills; CPaas/Telecommunications experience is a plus.
