Job Description
Jedidiah Airlines is seeking a dedicated Legal/Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will manage multiple calendars, conduct legal research, maintain accurate records, and serve as a liaison between the executive team and litigators. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Bookkeeping of legal cases
- Maintaining electronic and paper files
- Transcribing director meetings
Requirements:
- 2 years of legal experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Law degree preferred
