Job Description
TexturesbyTEA, part of TEASTYLES, is hiring a Client Relations Officer for our salon in Lekki, Lagos. We offer diverse hairstyling services for all hair textures, excluding wigs. The candidate will manage customer relations and daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Driving sales and managing performance
- Resolving conflicts
- Managing inventory and cash flow
Requirements: Must live on the island, strong communication skills, MS Office/Google Suite proficiency, and 2-4 years in beauty business management.
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦90,00 – ₦100,00/month
Work Hours: Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM
